• Session identifiers (browser-generated, not personally identifiable)
• Optional satisfaction ratings

Automatically Collected

• Device type, browser type, IP address (for security and analytics)
• Usage patterns (pages visited, features used)

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain the EvalDoc service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To detect and prevent safety risks (PII redaction, emergency escalation)
• To generate anonymized analytics for providers
• To improve our platform and safety systems

4. PII Protection

EvalDoc automatically detects and redacts personally identifiable information (PII) in chat messages, including Social Security numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses. Redacted data is never stored or transmitted.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

• Payment processors (Stripe) to process transactions
• AI service providers to generate safe, educational responses

Chat conversations are retained for provider review and audit purposes. Providers may request data deletion by contacting support. Patient session data is ephemeral and tied to browser storage.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication (Firebase Auth), and access controls. All safety events are logged for compliance auditing.

8. International Data Transfers

EvalDoc operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border transfers.
